Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Impulse Dreamlight, we provide date-specific wedding photography and cinematography services. Once a booking is confirmed, our team reserves the selected event date exclusively for you and declines other inquiries for that date. Therefore, our refund and cancellation policy is designed to ensure fairness for both our clients and our team.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your booking, the following terms will apply:

• More than 30 days before the event: 50% of the advance payment will be refunded.
• Less than 30 days before the event: The advance payment is non-refundable. However, it may be adjusted to a new event date once, subject to team availability.
• No-show or failure to attend: No refund will be provided.
