Welcome to Impulse Dreamlight. By booking or using our wedding photography, cinematography, pre-wedding, maternity, or lifestyle photography services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.

1. Booking Confirmation

Your booking is confirmed only after receiving the agreed advance payment. As our services are date-specific, your event date is reserved exclusively for you, and we decline other bookings for the same date.

2. Service Scope

Impulse Dreamlight provides professional photography and videography services for weddings, engagements, pre-wedding shoots, maternity shoots, family events, and lifestyle photography across Nashik, Pune, and surrounding locations. We provide creative services only and do not sell physical products through our website or WhatsApp.

3. Payment Terms

An advance payment is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid as per the agreed schedule before the final delivery of photographs, videos, albums, or other deliverables.

4. Cancellation & Refund

• Cancellation more than 30 days before the event: 50% of the advance payment will be refunded.
• Cancellation within 30 days of the event: Advance payment is non-refundable but may be adjusted to one future event date, subject to availability.
• No-show or event cancellation on the event day: No refund will be provided.

5. Event Rescheduling

Requests for rescheduling must be made as early as possible. Date changes are subject to team availability and cannot be guaranteed.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All photographs, videos, cinematic films, and creative content remain the intellectual property of Impulse Dreamlight until full payment has been received. Clients receive personal usage rights after complete payment. Commercial use requires prior written permission.

7. Delivery Timeline

The delivery schedule for edited photographs, cinematic films, albums, and other deliverables will be communicated at the time of booking. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the project size, editing requirements, and seasonal workload.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate event schedules, venue details, permissions, and necessary coordination to ensure smooth photography coverage during the event.

9. Force Majeure

Impulse Dreamlight shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, accidents, severe weather conditions, pandemics, or other unforeseen events.

10. WhatsApp Communication

Our WhatsApp Business number is used only for customer support, booking assistance, appointment scheduling, and service updates. Clients may opt out of WhatsApp communication at any time without affecting their booking.
